This is not your typical beach condo room... come and see why! We provide many items to make your stay fun and carefree - beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, small ice chest, binoculars, games, books, wine bottle insulated carrier, and much more. KEYLESS LOCK ENTRY - no wasting time at a front desk or lobby, go straight to your room and start your vacation! INSIDE - full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, baking dishes, pans, plates, platters, toaster, blender, microwave, and more. Linens and basic toiletries provided. (bath and beach towels, bedding, kitchen items, etc). Unit has WIFI and Smart TVs with Roku in bedroom and living room, a safe, brand new couch/sleeper sofa with Queen gel memory foam mattress, dining table to enjoy meals at home, Keurig coffee pot AND standard drip coffee pot (cone filters), vacuum, ironing board, blow dryer. King bedroom suite with plenty of storage - and oh that bedroom! Very elegant and a true getaway. Storage under the bed for your large luggage pieces so you can unpack and settle in. Custom granite bar area IN the condo - with barstools, glasses, ice bucket, wine opener, Bose speaker for music. This is a real date place for a romantic getaway. It was awesome. Loved walking out of the building onto the beach. Good location. Didn't enjoy the height 14 floors was high. Need to get travel insurance because of the hurricanes. Had to loose 2 nights stay that wasn't cool.

Condo is clean and cozy… everything is there that you need… bed is super comfy, but very noisy (If you know what I mean 😉, I would invest in a new bed frame) …. Can’t beat beautiful view right out on the balcony !! Great location, it was bike week and we didn’t hear any of the ruckus… yet a short walk to the boardwalk to skywheel, food and shopping…

Overall it was great, the only pitfalls which have nothing to do with Dave at all he is totally amazing! One of the two elevators was down when they were waiting on parts so that was a bit tedious. The issue was the 2nd one went down twice and climbing 15 flights of stairs was a pain. Especially for the Elderly lady we helped up the stairs which were filthy. I would highly recommend renting from Dave he is a super guy and very easy to contact and responds quickly and takes care of thing. It was so nice meeting him we love your rental! Overall we enjoyed our stay, unit was very clean, well stocked, beautiful ocean view, easy beach access. Only negative was some riffraff throughout the building in terms of tenants.
