You must ensure your children’s safety, including supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

The house is wonderful. The theater was a treat. One chair was broken but since there were 8 of us, the broken seat didn't matter. I did call th management company and suggest that they repair that chair prior to another guest arriving. The pool had green algae but as soon as I called the mgt company again, a pool service guy was sent quickly and remedied the situation. Since we were paying to have the pool heated, Laura from the management company said that they would reimburse us for the 35 cost for the pool heat for that day which we appreciated. The house is gorgeous and the all the beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is decently equipped. Plenty of room for a large group. We were 8. The pool is great and the patio furniture was also comfortable. We will definitely rent this home again in September for our next reunion. Management was very easy to deal with and all communications were very timely and easy to understand.
