This apartment has Catalan vaulted ceilings and hydraulic tiles typical of Barcelona of the 20th century. It consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobes, a bright and comfortable living-dining room, with open kitchen, table for 4people, 2-seater sofa-bed and 1 chair. It has also a bathroom with shower, a balcony overlooking the street facing South. It is located very close to the most beautiful shopping centre (inside) of Barcelona & teh FIRA exhibition centre, Gran Via 2. It is also 9 minutes by public transport from Plaza España, where you will find the Magic Fountains, the Fira de Montjuic, the Arenas de Barcelona and the Poble Espanyol. Plaza Cataluña (the most central point of Barcelona) is 22 minutes away and the airport 20 minutes. This apartment is fully equipped, including television, a washing machine, air conditioning/heat pump and free Wi-Fi. The neighbourhood has all kinds of services, among which you will find supermarkets, shops, bars and very varied restaurants, some of them of prestige. Besides this design apartment is located in a very tranquil street with almost no traffic, very close to several parks. It is perfect for those who want to have everything: relax, but near to both the center of Barcelona and the Airport. The entire apartment & its amenities are exclusively yours for your stay. We'll be there to welcome and check you in, introduce you to the apartment and answer any questions you may have. After that we'll be available 24/7 in case of emergency and by Airbnb message for any other needs. Located in a quiet neighbourhood of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, a very important business and tourist area, where you can find the Barcelona Fair, the Toyo Ito Tower and the Ciudad de la Justicia (City of Justice) of Barcelona. It is very close to the modern Plaza Europa, in whose design skyscrapers various multinationals have their offices. In front of the shopping centre 'Gran Via 2, you can take 8 different bus lines, most of which reach Plaza Cataluña (the most central place in Barcelona) in less than ten minutes. You can also take the underground line L8 (Ildefons Cerdá station), to two stations of Plaza España. In addition, the apartment is 20 minutes from the airport with the metro line L9 (Europa Fira station) and 30 minutes by bus 46. Alternatively you can also hail a local taxis in the area. - The apartment does not have an elevator, our guests have not had issue with this, but stairs may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties or very large luggage. - If you are looking for a group stay, ask about the availability of our other apartment in the same building. - Baby items can be ordered after booking and will be ready in the apartment for your check in.
