 • Bedroom 1 – Queen bed, soft lighting, and pine accents.

 • Bedroom 2 – Full bed with dresser and nature views.

• Bathroom: Renovated with tiled shower, modern finishes, and all necessities.



Loft:

• Spacious lounge/sleeping area that doubles as a reading nook or extra sleeping space for one guest.



Outdoor Space:

• Hot tub surrounded by trees—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

• Outdoor fire pit area with Adirondack chairs for s’mores and stargazing.

• HOA requires guest information 2 day prior to arrival (failure to submit incurs $250 HOA fine)
