The apartment was very clean and quite spacious. It was also in a residential neighborhood where street parking was always available. It was also close to where our son lives in Buffalo. Gavin responded quickly to our questions as well.
It would be good to include a few items, such as dish towels and potholders, and instructions regarding how to use the television. Although I’m sure Gavin would have explained this to us if we asked, our son’s girlfriend needed to figure it out for us (when you are older, these things don’t always come naturally to you!).

It was great value for money. Great location. It was a very pleasant stay. Gavin was a great host. He was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.
The apartment could be cleaner---the floor in particular. The living room rug really needs a good cleaning.

נקיון, מרוהטת.
היה קר כשהגענו ב 16:00 ולא ניתן להעלות טמפרטורה למרות שביקשנו.
קיבלנו ספר עם הנחיות והוראות כמו במחנה צבאי מה גן לעשות מה לא לעשות.
הרגשנו שהיחס היה לא נעים.
לא ניתן היה להכין תה. אפילו לא שקית תה אחת.
