This quiet, convenient, and spacious location was ideal for our girls trip!

The property was in a great location! It was, quiet, cute, comfortable and spacious. The host was very responsive and helpful. She gave recommendations for places to visit and things to do.

Would have enjoyed more basic home necessities, such as spoons, a wine bottle opener, scissors, etc.

We did not stay! A nightmare experience

BEWARE! The property as confirmed by Booking.com does not exist - there is no 310 Starin St in Buffalo - there is a 311 and 309 but no 310. After receiving two confirmations from Booking.com for my rental of the upper unit of 310 Starin St - I received a text directly from the property owner with checking instructions which I assumed contained the same information as in the Booking.com - but that was not the case! After following directions to 310 Starin St and finding no home I called the property owner and was told that what is in Booking is a mistake-the actual address of the property is 1074 Parkside Ave - 4 or 5 blocks away. That there was an “error” in the address and to refer to the text I was sent. Well this text did not disclose that the address confirmed by Booking was an error it just included a different address - which at the time I did not compare- I just assumed is was a recap of my Booking.com confirmation. I always refer back to the app for confirmation and communication. This was extremely suspicious to me and my family we feared for our safety and suspected a potential scam- why would Booking confirm one address and the property owner text you outside of the Booking.com app something different? This is completely unethical! We did not stay at this property for these reasons- never even went to the door and now I am fighting with Booking.com to get a refund- they say it is up to the property owner that has misrepresented and falsified their property - imagine that! I have been a loyal customer of Booking and am very, very disappointed with their handling of this situation and the knowledge now that they apparently do no background checks on the properties that are listed on their site. They have lost me as a customer and I caution any of you renters out there to be very cautious!
