I like the assigned parking that was easy and close to room. I liked the posted note that explained the functions of the appliances. I liked the proximity to the beach
I felt the room was over priced per night. The bed was very uncomfortable (hard/stiff). Everything else was pretty good.

The place had the coolest vibe by far. Eclectic meets retro for sure. Outside our door was one of many amazing pieces of musical artwork with this one being of the group Chicago's "17" poster. Our stay was for our 17th wedding anniversary and we thought this was an unexpected nice touch and inside the room was a poster from the Spoleto music festival which my wife participated in back in the day as well.....
Could use a box of tissues and working porch/deck lights, both very minor things compared to our overall wonderful stay!

The room was clean and beds comfortable.
The location was 4 blocks from the beach. Parking was not on sight, we had to park down the road in a dirt parking lot. There was no ac in the bathroom, just a fan. Therefore, making the bathroom miserable when taking a shower or blow drying hair. I feel as if the price was way out of range for the location and amenities.
