Ease of access, cleanliness. A 45mn drive from the sea, local bar/pizzeria's and an excellent restaurant in the nearby agriturismo made for easy chill with drinks and food. Friendly, welcoming people in the village, plenty of parking space although not on the village square close to the apartment.
The apartment is located on the village's church square. We did not mind the church bell (it does not ring between 11pm and 7am), but many people take a turn on that square so there's some occasional nuisance from that.
The double bed has a pretty firm mattress and it creeks a bit when moving.
There's just enough cutlery for 4 so you'll need to do the dishes every time you eat. No scissors. The inside of the oven was quite greasy.

L.appartamento e grazioso e ben organizzato l host e molto preciso e cordiale casa molto pulita la casa e con tutto il necessario macchina del caffè ad uso libero.
Per mio parere gli asciugamani dovrebbero essere chiusi in una busta e possibilmente coordinati e un appuntamento in un piccolo borgo utile una carta servizi con l indicazione dei supermercati o delle strutture ..
