It was really close to koenji station and its close to lots of food places and thrift stores so we would say it was a good choice. The television was awesome thank you random filipino guys account no ads. It was also fairly clean
We could hear what nearby people were saying or doing, some noises here and there and some construction work was happening outside our bedside window

It is in the quiet area and the price was better than other listings at the time... It was in the residential area and it makes you feel like you are local and that was cool. The station is not too far (nice walk). We had big suitcases so we requested the bottom floor and they gave it to us.
It was a pretty tight space. If you are two people with big suitcases, it is quite difficult.The cushions smelled bad.....

Le logement est plutôt lumineux, bien situé et dispose d'une belle terrasse. Le lit est confortable, la salle de bain est correcte, et l'appartement se trouve à 10 minutes à pied d'une gare JR permettant de rejoindre Shibuya en une demi-heure
Ce logement est adapté pour de courts séjours, mais pas pour une longue durée comme le nôtre.
Il manque cruellement d'équipements, notamment dans la cuisine : pas de grille-pain, pas de four, et aucun torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle. Côté salle de bain, il n'y a pas de tapis de douche.
Il n'y avait également aucun balai ni aspirateur pour faire le ménage, ce qui est très gênant pour un séjour de plus d'une dizaine de jours. Ce n'est pourtant pas faute d'avoir contacté le propriétaire, mais nous n'avons jamais eu de retour, ne serait-ce que pour obtenir un simple balai.
