Propreté. Jolie chambre.
Accès lockbox.
Confort du lit.
Accessibilité. Proximité tram et gare centrale. Explications d'entrée claires.
Réactivité du personnel lors de l'absence de savon dans la chambre à notre arrivée.
Clim fonctionne mal.
Plusieurs équipements cassés dont la porte de la douche. Fonctionnel mais vu le prix payé pour la nuit dommage.
Obligation de check in online notamment avec scan des documents d'identité.
Impossibilité de laisser les bagages avant/après avoir la chambre car il n'y a pas d'accueil.

It was a good economic option for those in transit to the train station. 10 minutes walk from Milan Centrale, lots of options around for food etc. And some supermarkets.
Great value for money.
The lift wasn't working when we arrived which wasn't ideal with luggage, but this isn't the fault of the apartment, it seemed like a building issue.

Ok, no signage. Didn’t know we were at the right place.
No signage, took time for instructions to be sent to gain access to the building,
