Great base for exploring Milan

Great location, walking to many sites, bars and restaurants, supermarkets, public transport easy. Comfortable bed, good kitchen and roomy bathroom. AC worked well.

Not really anywhere comfortable to sit. Stools in kitchen are very uncomfortable and only one other chair. Entry was a bit complicated but host was a great help. Probably not ideal if you didn't have a smart phone. These are not deal breakers. The good far outweighs the not so good

Nice and spacious apartment in the heart of Milan.

We loved the location of the apartment. Walking distance from the heart of Milan. Few minutes from the subway station. Apartment is really big and feels fresh even in 35°C days. Kitchen well equipped. WiFi is strong. Really, really nice. Host was super fast to respond to our messages.

We struggled a little bit to get to the flat despite clear instructions from the host. Sofa bed in the living room could have been more comfortable. We would have appreciated dish wash tablets so that we could have washed our plates and glasses ourselves and not leave them dirty in the dishwasher.

I would not recommend this property.

Location

The apartment is in a central location, however the overall experience was very disappointing. There was no hot water during the entire stay, which is a basic necessity. We reported the issue immediately, but it was never resolved, even after a technician visited. This made our stay very uncomfortable. Communication with the host was poor and unreliable. While a partial refund was discussed, only part of it was actually processed, and the rest was not reflected through Booking at the time of writing. Additionally, access to the building and the apartment is done through the Viakey app, which proved to be quite inconvenient and time-consuming. Especially during weekends, when there is no concierge, the process becomes even more difficult. Internet/Wi-Fi signal in those areas is weak, causing delays and making entry frustrating. This system can be particularly problematic for older guests or people who are not familiar with mobile apps. For the price paid, this is unacceptable. Basic services were not provided, and the situation was not handled properly. I would not recommend this property.
