The property was in an excellent location. It was very clean very quiet. Hands-down one of the best places I’ve stayed while visiting the Charlotte area.
I can honestly say that I cannot find anything that I didn’t like.

The ground floor access. The courtyard.
The service provided by booking.com. Had to check in in person because your app did not work.

The cleaning was good, staff was very nice and friendly
My second night there the fire alarm went off at like 3am, we had to evacuate but it was a false alarm. I believe the property had been having issues with it for a while.

The first nice the noice by other guest was very loud and unpleasant up till like 4 in the morning 😩 .. the furniture could use cleaning notice several stains on the couches, some of the dishes needed washing as well , overall it was decent .
