Location
Almost clean
Daily service
Fresh equipment (but cheap)
Pretty complicating to enter but with well documented directions
It was very noisy. Ok you cannot do anything with the old city tram passing by, but the main entrance door was very hard to close and made a lot of noise Also the apartment’s door was made of cheap paper like material and you could hear everything that was happening outside.
Also the pillows were not comfortable.
Last it was not obvious from the site that the property is semi basement. Good temperature facilities (heating/air condition) though.
