Location was great and room comfortable
Fire detector flashing due to low battery - asked twice to have maintenance replace. Room near entry loud at 5am when other customers leaving for work.

They where able to extend my time and give me extra time if needed after I had drove 9 hours to be with my child who was hit by a car! Very thankful

The room was not very clean, especially the floors. I asked for the floors to be mopped because they were dirty like they hadn’t been cleaned before we came in. It took asking 3 times and an entire week to get it done. Interestingly enough that’s when they do the normal cleaning each week. Also, we were not told at check in we would have to come get our own clean towels, toilet paper, and take out our trash. Keep that in mind when booking.
