This property is conveniently situated within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and various attractions. The check-in process is easy, with clear instructions from the host and prompt assistance if needed. The accommodation is clean and includes several amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer (with washing powder), dishwashing supplies, a vacuum cleaner, a hairdryer, and a spacious refrigerator.
No complimentary coffee or tea was available. Noise from upstairs was quite noticeable, especially at night. The room felt a bit dark, and there were fruit flies.

Convenient location, lovely and clean! Aircon was nice and cool, very appreciated after a hot day walking around the city! Cool style apartment.

Place is very clean, with toiletries available. Everything seemed new including toilet and washer/dryer. I liked the de-humidifier. It has A/C and kitchen. I like that it’s close to the metro and JR station. It’s close to multiple metro lines. Although, I don’t think it’s 6 mins, maybe 15 mins for us to walk. TV and WiFi available.
The bed is firm, not so comfortable after a few days of sleeping there. Didn’t like the bean pillows, they were so heavy and stiff. The dryer sometimes takes another round to dry. The comforter has a smell but we couldn’t wash it there since the washer/dryer is small. The ceiling is unfinished, and you can see all the pipes and tubes. Elevator and hallway also has a smell.

Kitchenette and washer / dryer machine were very handy. Clean. Host is friendly and quick to reply to messages. Price was affordable.
* There was a sewerage smell in the bathroom when we first arrived. Fortunately flushing the shower out resolved the problem.
* One night the external door wouldn't open with the provided code. Fortunately a family member was already in the room and let me in. Problem didn't happen again but still caused anxiety.
* Bedsheets are scratchy.
* water heater and pipes in the room were noisy.
* Location is on the dodgy side of Ikebukuro - long walk to get to Sunshine city / shops.
