This central downtown location is convenient to all highways that take you directly to the amusement parks (Disney, Universal), beaches or outlet malls and you are a block away from great restaurants in Thornton Park. A few blocks more and you are at the famed Lake Eola with its swan boat rides and real swans, surrounded by a park, playground, bandshell and more restaurants and bars. Public scooters and bicycles are available in several locations in the area

Great little upstairs place in an amazing neighborhood. Very clean with easy check in and checkout. If you’re looking for someplace near downtown Orlando, I would highly recommend this listing. We didn’t require a lot of communication with the host, but when we did, the responses were quick and clear. Five stars.

I realize the homes are older in the area but the apartment could have done with a fresh coat of paint, wall art and newer furniture. It could have been cleaner. A bit more attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. Also, the twin bed mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable. It was in walking distance to everything so that was a great plus
