Taxi's are available out of Midland. The minimum stay for this rental is 28 days. All guests must be registered at the time of booking and a rental agreement will be sent to you for signature. Extra guests including day visitors are not permitted unless otherwise pre-approved. The home is not a destination for parties, buck and does, bachelor and bachelorette parties, exceeding the guest limit, or causing noise disturbances. The beach is shared among the neighbouring properties. The house has a front door keypad that uses fingerprints for access. Someone will meet with you upon arrival to set up your fingerprint in order to access the house. The house also has several smart lights that can be turned on and off by voice.
