Your charge for daily fees and use of different spaces, which I understand however, house cleaning is only offered and complementary after three days we stayed two. We don’t mind that there was a housekeeping, but we were also supposed to be provided coffee and water every day and that was not maintained and you couldn’t really find out where to receive restock.
For $40 a day it should be obvious.
However, I will say that the staff was very friendly and we loved that we were able to use the rooftop pool and have towels and things like that provided while we waited for our room to be readied
It was also nice to have semi private south beach accommodations!
Pricey, but convenient.

The room was clean, the hotel was clean, the staff was a little stand offish but the location was great and check in was smooth. Highly recommend for anyone staying before a cruise from the Miami port.
