Friendly staff,clean environment location quiet area but close enough to central area. Breakfast was good.
Breakfast staff can be a little more helpful to let guest know how what works and where to find things. Example we were in line with folks having to figure out how the pancake maker works or looking around for the tea cups.

Coffee station
The room bathroom bathroom tub was rusted which we were unable to use but becauseci made reservations with bookings.com they were unable to change my room
