Very modern, spacious, easy access to city centre, well equipped with kitchen equipment, AC, washing machine etc. Eleonora was very helpful
Several small issues included: the pillows were too soft, there was no shampoo or shower gel, and no cooking oil to cook with.
There were some problems with the property before my arrival and on two occasions the host suggested they might be unable to accommodate me despite my confirmed booking. This caused me stress and anxiety and could have been handled differently and more proactively by the host
