At 25.2 feet, this RV is a comfortable size while still being easy to drive and park. A rear-view camera makes maneuvering simple, making it a great choice for both experienced RVers and first-time renters. Sleeping & Interior The RV comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. Sleeping arrangements include: Rear queen-size walk-around bed Over-cab bed that comfortably sleeps 2 adults Convertible dinette that accommodates 1 adult or 2 children 1 slide-out that provides additional living space Fully Equipped Kitchen The kitchen includes basic supplies and amenities for preparing meals, including: Microwave Gas stovetop Cookware and utensils Cooking spray Salt & pepper Small Keurig coffee maker — bring your favorite K-Cups! Coffee cups for 4 Camping plates and tumbler cups for 4 Can opener and wine/bottle opener Entertainment & Comfort Enjoy your downtime with: TVs in the living area and bedroom Antenna for local channels Hotspot capabilities Games and playing cards Air conditioning Heater Outdoor Camping Features Take your camping experience outside with the retractable awning, LED lighting, and outdoor speakers. Outdoor equipment includes: 2–4 foldable camping chairs Folding tailgate/camping table Outdoor area rug Flashlight Lantern Leveling blocks and stabilization jacks Basic tool kit and jumper cables Supplies Provided For your convenience, we provide: Hand soap and hand sanitizer Dish soap and a new sponge Indoor trash cans with trash bags Toilet paper Paper towels Basic cleaning supplies Lighter Delivery & Setup Delivery and setup are available at local campgrounds for an additional fee and are subject to availability. Rental Rules & Return Requirements No Smoking or Vaping Absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside the RV. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking or vaping occurs. NO pets. NO international travel. NO climbing on the roof. NO Burning Man or concerts. Return Condition The RV must be returned clean and in the same general condition in which it was received, with a full fuel tank. Cleaning requirements include: Sweeping the floors Washing and putting away dishes Removing all trash Cleaning any excessively dirty surfaces Cleaning the toilet The exterior does not need to be washed unless it is excessively dirtier than it was at pickup. If the RV is returned with unremoved trash, soiled or stained upholstery, or soiled/stained bedding, a minimum additional $300 cleaning fee will apply. Black & Gray Tanks The gray and black tanks must be emptied before returning the RV. Failure to do so will result in a $200 dumping fee. Fuel The RV must be returned with a full fuel tank.
