Huoneiston sijainti on erinomainen, majoituspaikan toimivuus hyvä. Uudenaikainen sisustus ja henkilökunnan avuliaisuus. Pidimme erityisesti lähistön ruokapaikoista.
Hieman pölyistä, ovien ja lukkojen kanssa aluksi ongelmaa. Suihku olisi voinut olla parempi sillä se vuoti.

Die Lage war super, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur nächstgelegenen Metro-Station (Tricolore) und das Zentrum (Dom) war in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Lage war halbwegs ruhig (vom den Mitbewohnern im Wohnkomplex abgesehen).
Die Sauberkeit des Apartments lies leider zu wünschen übrig. Ich würde den Zustand als "besenrein" bezeichnen, aber keinesfalls als sauber. Bei Ankunft waren zudem noch die alten Handtücher der Vormieter im Bad, das lag offenbar daran, dass der "Reinigungsdienst" verspätet war. Dieser kam dann kurz nachdem ich eingecheckt habe. Er hat die Handtücher und das Bettlaken getauscht, über die Oberflächen gewischt und die Toilette oberflächlich gereinigt. Die letzte tiefgründigere Reinigung des Apartments scheint mir schon eine ganze Weile her gewesen zu sein. Die Dusche hatte sehr deutliche Kalkflecken, die Rückenlehnen der Stühle waren sichtbar verschmutzt.
