They have the most beautiful view in sapa , they are so helpful and always with a smile in face , very clean place and awesome vibes so relaxing , they even helped me to book my bus to ninbinh.

Location is good just walking distance in few major tourist spot and popular coffee shop and restaurant
Breakfast for 6 days of stay we always eat same thing every morning, then I request for something that doesn't require additional to change the wall plate I got refused

View, I guess if it had not rained.
The road to town was a monorail up hill climb. The property was. It as envisioned as in the pictures on Booking.com. The pool was very small.
