Good location opposite Sun Plaza. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Could walk to many places without navigating steps and hills if you planned! Room was fairly clean but reception/massage area, especially near lift had very grubby walls. Needs a good scrub! Air con in room good. Good pressure in shower but had to keep adjusting temperature. A bit noisy from next door rooms and hall. Roads quite slippery so bring non slip shoes! Was a good base for the money in a great location.
Basic but comfy hotel

Location was great. Staff was helpful. Hot water in the shower and AC. The specialty of the hotel is it’s massages &spa, and sometimes it felt more like a spa with rooms than a hotel, but the massage was good.
The walls in the room were a bit cracked and a bit grimy and the cleanliness of the curtains and some of the furniture was not good. The shower drainage was poor and the AC was dirty.

Location is perfect in the city centre of Sapa. Rooms were cleaned really well. Communication and staff were great.
We got unlucky with the room (503). The room is on top floor (where you walk up by what appears to be a fireescape), right next to what appears to be either AC generator or water boiler, which was very loud. You cannot sleep there without earplugs at all. The view from the room is a barbed wire covered window which is not really airtight.
