Fabulous stay. David was so helpful, kind & accommodating, a real asset to the hotel. Along with all the other staff. Gorgeous breakfast with amazing views of the mountains. Very central. Stored my luggage after check out as I wasn’t leaving until 6pm that evening. Very clean. Highly recommend.
Couldn’t fault a thing!! Just wish I could have stayed longer. Keep up the amazing work.

This hostel was recommended to me by another traveler. It is located inside the Azure hotel. I stayed 3 nights total. The staff are very nice and helpful- they contacted me re.arrival time, booked my bus to Hanoi and answered any questions I had face to face/via text. The dorm was located in the "basement" but given the hotel is on an altitude this is still a normal floor with windows and a great view! Not many people were in the dorm (I was solo one of the nights & then with 1 or 2 people which I enjoyed). Everything is very clean, beds are comfortable with bedside light & curtains. There is AC that I asked staff to turn on one of the days with no issues. A towel was provided. Bathrooms are regularly cleaned during the day and are near the dorms. The breakfast is very nice buffet style with many options (hot chocolate, juice, cereals, bread, salad bar, noodles, pho, they make eggs how you like them etc) and a great view of the rice fields! Location is perfect quite central (but quite in the room) and next to many good restaurants and cool shops. There is also a big concierge area if you want to chill there and an elevator which was great!
Bedside shelves to place stuff would be useful as well as a bin and hooks inside the room. Hooks would be useful inside the shower areas rather than outside. The shower curtains are not very nice but not sure how they could be replaced.
