The rooms are spacious and neat with a pretty decoration.
The restaurant downstairs is nice and super convenient.
Just a small comment, please write on the menu that prices do not include tax and service charges. It is always a bit annoying to see that added without notice to the bill. Especially because it is not common practice in Vietnam.

Close to the Square and only 650M from the lake and then not much further to the town and great local market the location is very good. The room was ok, no chairs on the balcony and a TV that did not plug into the wall. The complimentary off menu breakfast was good on weekdays but over the busy weekend became a Vietnamese buffet.
The staff have little to no understanding of English but try very hard to get things right.
Over all I fell the hotel is let down by managements attention to requirements as a side the TV other things stated as being in the room like wardrobe were not available. We questioned the TV and were told it simply didn’t work. As mentioned the staff did everything they could to get things right and brought us chairs for the balcony and additional bedding.
