The hotel is only two years old, so it's still in great condition and very well fitted out with great fixtures.
I was graded on arrival and the room was on the sixth floor, but it didn't have a view. The lobby looked like it was being used as a storage area, and staff were unpacking items there.

Had a wonderful stay at Azalea Sapa Hotel! The service was amazing, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade from Deluxe to an Executive Room. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and had an incredible view. The food was also great, and the staff were all so friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
Definitely one of the highlights of our Sapa trip. Highly recommended! ❤️🏔️
