The owner was super helpful and informative. Though there is no lift, our big luggage were carried up and down on our arrival and departure.
Stairs. After climbing Fansipan, you really don't wish to climb any steps.

Friendly n helpful frontdesk staff. He help to book taxi to bus station back to Hanoi.
No lift, need to carry our heavy luggage to room.

Nice staff. Nice room view with interconnecting room via the balcony.
The bed was not comfortable- could feel the spring popping out of the bed.
