Very nice staff, helps us with traveling in the area.
The hotel is a bit old, but fit our purposes. We had a great time with our two little kids.

Very clean property. Friendly and helpful staff - they really could not do enough to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Spectacular views of the rice terraces. Breakfast was good with some vegetarian options. Laundry service was quick and reasonably priced. Overall, I’d come back in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Praha Hotel! We arrived around 6:00 AM, while the official check-in time was 2:00 PM. After our overnight bus journey, we were exhausted, and for a small extra fee the hotel offered us a temporary room where we could shower, rest, and get some sleep. We really appreciated this.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Every time we waited in the lobby, they offered us a welcome drink and always took the time to ask how our day had been and what we had done. They genuinely cared about their guests, which made us feel very welcome.
Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains, and the staff always asked if we wanted the room cleaned before entering. Everything was well looked after, and the hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying here!
The only small downside was that the shower temperature wasn’t very consistent, making it a little difficult to get a comfortable shower. Other than that, everything was excellent.
