Loved the cafe, the view and the overall feel of the place

We enjoyed our stay and the balcony view. The room was well equipped. We loved the vibe in the cafe, and the staff was very kind.

Location, Maintenance, convenience and staff
Washroom is clean but it smells a little now and then even when not used

- Excellent view from the balcony and the cafe
- Good located in Sapa
- We missed a possibility to sit on the balcony (with this amazing view it was very sad)
- Just small and limited breakfast was included in the price (e.g. taking a simple croissant costs additional money)
- Snacks which have been offered in the room costs additional (without any hint for that)
- The room was not completely clean (e.g. chips rests in the bed frame, dead flies before the window, there were still toothbrushing marks on the mirror from previous guests)
- Communication was very difficult with the hosts
- No warm welcome of the guests as we discovered in our other accommodations. Less support for local activities
