1. The staff is wonderful! They served me one of the best-tasting Pho I tried.
2. The location is just a 2-3 minute walk to the Sun Plaza Station and is really quiet.
3. The place has very playful and well-loved cats. I felt at home since I love cats.
I just had a minor issue with the shower heater but was resolved immediately.

The proprietor is exemplary. We arrived from Hanoi around 6am in the morning and he generously offered us the chance to leave our luggage, freshen ourselves up, and even have free breakfast despite us not being officially checked in yet. They always have a ready smile and are more than happy to answer our inquiries. The bed is comfortable, hot water in the shower is sufficient and immediate. The room is spacious and clean and the breakfast is filling and you can even order other options from their menu. Upon checking out we were able to leave our luggage again so we can proceed to our tour and even be able to order noodle soups for dinner so we can comfortably travel back to Hanoi during the night.
Nothing at all. Everything was beyond my expectation.

The staff were very kind and the breakfast was delicious.
The room was very cold and the air conditioning wasn’t enough to warm the room. The humidity in the room was so high that all our belongings were humid. We were freezing.
