Good location, close to metro. All appliances you'd expect are there (including coffee cups for the nespresso machine). Very helpful YouTube video which makes it easy to find the lockbox and the apartment.
- Every room has a card with 'rules' on it, containing at least one threat that they will have to respond to, quote: 'wrong behaviour', with a fine. For example, it is common sense not to throw in random garbage in the toilet. You'd think that sticker with just 'please only flush toilet paper' would have been enough. The amount of rules and threats left over the appartment made it feel very unwelcoming and awkward to use anything. Don't rent out your apartment If you distrust your guests so badly.
- After booking, we found out that a creditcard is required (to complete check-in/ tourist tax). It wasn't a problem for us, but it might be good to add this to the listing.
- Tourist tax is relatively high. It might be nice to mention that too to avoid surprises.
