The Neighborhood: The property is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. Guests have access to the Sonoma Resort, which features a luxury clubhouse with a lounge, a large resort style swimming pool, hot tub and fitness facility. Other Things to Note: • The resort pool will be unavailable for use for the next few weeks. The clubhouse is currently undergoing a reconstruction project to improve the pool area. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee). • Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
