Good Value Accommodation and Location was perfect.

I like the location of the apartment, very close to Piotrkowska, Manufaktura and Lodz Fabryczna. The apartment itself was spacious. Nice little kitchen where you could make yourself food if needed, spacious lounge, bedroom or the space where there is a bed, was seperated by the wall. (Nice idea) We had room with Sauna and it was lovely (the only thing I would suggest is to set the Sauna, 10mins before you get in, otherwise you sit there waiting till temperature hit the set point), Bathroom, very clean and modern. I have seen comments about some noises, but to be honest, it wasn't as bad as it sounds. Yes there are other people living in the block, so don't expect very quiet area. We stayed there for DOZ Lodz Marathon, so at the time there was plenty of construction going on in the city centre, but only because city renowating all the old buildings. The room is not perfect, it has a bit of marks here and there but don't expect perfection, a lot of people complains about little things. There is mark from the Iron on the carpet but, to be honest it wasn't bothering us at all. The apartment was clean and well presented.

It is not something I didn't like, but something that people might be aware of, or maybe in time will change. We stayed there from Friday to Wednesday. It would be good to maybe have 2 towels each instead of just 1 each, have floor matt in the bathroom as it can be slippery after shower and also a little tea towel in the kitchen to dry the dishes. Also a couple of extra pillows on the bed would be good as some people might not like sleeping on one pillow. Overal we were very happy with the stay and it was good Value.

Disastrous

Location is fine

I have no idea how this place received an above 7 average score. 1. Nobody picked up the phone for assistance, had to figure out and stress by myself how to get in and out. 2. 3 hangers is not enough for clothes. 3. The toilet was an absolute abomination: craked dirty floor tiles, the worst dirty shower mat, the shower leaked water on the bathroom floor that picked up the worst smell. Boiler is not working at certain hours, so you can't take a shower after 12 at night. Finally, either shower head provided no water pressure, not enought for any adequate cleaning. 4. The whole room is made out of cardboard, so forget about privacy, because you will hear everything around you (including a screaming neighbour at 3am, like it's in your own room), every step, every cough, every chat - absolute nightmare to try and relax. 5. Every morning in an early hour someone would be screaming or banging metal trash containers outside, and because of the reason described in 4. you could hear it plenty. If you want an awfully loud and smelly experience in the center of łódź, with no privacy - this place is for you.
