For short term OK.

Location.

Cleanliness could be better. Bed for kids wasn’t ready, we had to make it ourselves and we were told that it’s normal procedure. Not enough sheets, but were delivered later after prompted. Other sheets looked like used before. Overall small apartment.

Good weekend stay

Location was pretty good and central. City center was perfectly accessible by walk or by public transport. Apartment had basic equipment. Would recommend for a weekend getaway.

There were not enough towels, would be beneficial to have a couple of more. There was a construction in the courtyard which was a bit disruptive.

Enjoyable two nights stay at this apartment

Very nice two nights at this comfortable en-suite apartment with shared kitchen facilities with another apartment. Close to the city centre. Good WiFi. Clear check in instructions. Safe place for my bicycle.

Terrible, a typical example of what I ordered vs what i got.

Location was good.

I was very disappointed with this apartment. The room was extremely small, and despite being assigned a room on the top floor, there was no elevator in the building. Carrying luggage up and down several flights of stairs was inconvenient, and I can only imagine how difficult it must be for the staff as well. The towels provided were old and in poor condition, and the pillows were so small and uncomfortable that they seemed more suitable for children than adults. I also called to request toilet paper, but no one ever showed up, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Another negative point was the trash bin located right at the entrance, which did not create a good first impression. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations, and I will not be making the mistake of booking this apartment again.
