I had an exceptional stay at this flat in Milan! The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well cared for.
What truly stood out, though, was the owner’s honesty and trustworthiness. I accidentally left a valuable item behind, and thankfully, the owner found it and made sure I got it back. That kind of integrity is priceless and gave me even more confidence in choosing this place.
The owner was also incredibly easy to deal with and very quick to respond. During the intense heat wave, they kindly allowed us to check in earlier than we planned, which was a huge help and made our stay much more comfortable. We had some issues with the electricity, and the owner made sure it was fixed in an instant.
Everything about the experience was smooth and reassuring. Clean place, kind and honest owner, excellent communication, and genuine hospitality.
I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Milan. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Proche de notre lieu de visite. Propre, spacieux, moderne, agréable, vue côté jardin... bien équipé.
Bâtiment qui a de l'âge et dans les murs laissent passer la "douce" voix du voisin dans la chambre. Le tri des déchets (cauchemard) on a fait au mieux en suivant les indications de notre hôte.

The bed, super comfortable (hard mattress, but not too hard for me, foam, no springs), good pillows, quiet most of the night.

The place was super amazingly clean and close to ever. I had the place all to myself with a lot of space. As a South African I highly recommend it for a visit to Milan. Thank you so much for a great accommodation, hospitality and personnel service! Will definitely visit the Nice and Cozy apartment again.
