The property itself was quite spacious for two people, and had working air con, fan, tv, and a good pressure shower.
Cozy design.
It was in a nice area with soo many restaurants nearby and just 10 min walk to the nearest metro station.
The host was very responsive, accommodating and helpful which was great.
Some missing amenities: there was only one toilet roll for the duration of our stay, and while I understand many people use bidet only, a lot of people in the west prefer toilet paper as well as a bidet or use toilet paper only. So we purchased ourselves a 4 pack, with some of it left for the next guests.
There was also no bin bags for the trash can, so we purchased those too and left the roll at the property.
I believe the floor in the apartment could have been cleaner, I forgot my slippers so had to wear socks and socks were quite dirty from walking indoors in few hours. I don’t know if culturally people in Italy wear shoes indoors, in our culture we take the shoes off by the front door. So for our liking only the floor cleanliness was not to our standard, however, I’m sure many people wouldn’t mind this at all.

Avere comunicazione con lo staff è stato semplice e loro sono stati gentili disponibile.
Ottima posizione, con una bella quantità di mezzi disponibili per spostarsi ai luoghi più emblematici.
Avrei valorato di più se avessero lasciato una bottiglia d'acqua. (Di solito si arriva tardi dagli aeroporti e sarebbe stato un bel gesto)
Però è un dettaglio minimo confronto ai bei soggiorni che abbiamo passato.

Gera vieta pasiekti miesto centrą, šalia autobuso ir tramvajaus stotelė. Šalia yra kavinių, parduotuvių, vaistinė. Butas švarus, tvarkingas.
Bute vakare trūksta šviesos, mažai apšvietimo.
