距離太子站很近；附近多食肆和購物點；有USB插頭；足夠衣架；燈制有列明位置，關上後有燈顯示，方便再啓動；員工有禮；大堂有檸檬水供應，非常貼心；另外還有港式奶茶，但味道略甜。
冷氣很凍，調小一點又熱又濕，蓋上被子又熱，開大一點又凍；洗手盆附近没有位置擺放東西；浴室不足夠掛衣地方；設計最差是廁紙位置，在坐廁的7點至8點方向；行李架不方便擺放行李；酒店雖然新，但房內地毯有點污糟，如果全是地板或更佳。

The hotel is conveniently located near the MTR Station (Exit C2), making it very easy to get around. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping. I really appreciated that they provide complete toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay,
Drinking water isn’t provided, and the room is quite small if you have big luggage.

1.5/20傍晚辦理入住時，是一位女生辦理的，他很親切，非常感謝他。
2. 5/21晚上櫃檯是幫我辦理入住的女生，我跟她反映前面的問題，他立刻說請同事上去幫我看看，後來房務人員來我房間幫我找到問題所在，非常感謝她。
3. 飯店地點非常好，走路去地鐵或電車大概5分鐘就到了，附近有超市可以買東西。
1.櫃台兩位男生反映房間浴室的水龍頭不夠熱，想詢問怎麼調整熱水會比較熱，他們愛理不理的，說浴室水龍頭有兩個鈕，一個調整水量，一個調溫度，我說我沒有看到兩個鈕，我很確定，他說他也很確定。完全不想幫我處理。
2.設備比較老舊一點，浴室馬桶有點脫軌。
3. 冷氣聲音蠻大聲的，房間隔音不好，聽得到小孩哭聲跟蹦蹦聲……建議自備耳塞。
