L'emplacement est idéal.
On nous a gentillement proposé un late check-out.
Trop de bruit dans la rue, tôt le matin à cause notamment des machines de nettoyage de rue (dans la chambre matrimoniale).
Pas de lessive ni d'adoucissant pour laver notre linge. Il y a bien un lave-linge et nous ne comprenons pas pourquoi il n'y avais pas de quoi faire au moins une ou deux lessives.
Nous avons été obligés d'acheter de l'huile d'olive, ingrédient indispensable pour la cuisine italienne...
Le gros point noir concerne le tri des déchets. Une retenu de 80€ est faite si nous ne repartions pas avec nos déchets!
Le tri sélectif est une mission impossible pour plusieurs raisons:
- Sur place, le ramassage sélectif se fait en déposant la veille au soir pour le lendemain matin. Mais il ne se fait pas chaque jour pour tous les types de déchets. Il est donc impossible de déposer les différentes poubelles lorsque l'on pars, et on génère également forcément des déchets le matin du départ...
- L'isola ecologica permet de tous déposer en même temps dans des containers. Mais si vous n'avez pas de voiture pour aller à l'isola ecologica, il faut compter un temps de trajet simple de 45 minutes à pied!!
Nous repartions le dimanche, et bien-sûr c'était fermé... Nous avons donc été forcés de déposer en vrac nos déchets (qui avaient été triés séparément) dans une poubelle de la commune, donc sans tri sélectif...
Ce n'est pas normal. Il faut que l'établissement propose une solution aux voyageurs.

Homey Experience informed well in advance about everything and even sent a video on how to access the building. It was excellent service
Nothing should be better, maybe a few chairs on the terrace but it was no problem at all to take a chair outside if needed

The location was fantastic although the address on the booking is slightly different to the actual address which isn’t an issue but was confusing when checking in.
It would be great to have two keys but otherwise we loved the apartment

Nice flat. Very good location- in the middle of all the shops and walking distance to the harbour
Beds weren’t very comfortable- hard mattresses. Parking was a massive issue, we asked around and was told various information about where we could and couldn’t park. Advice wasn’t correct as we ended up getting a parking fine and spent over an hour trying to find parking which took away from the experience and made the first day very stressful.
