When we arrived in the evening of Memorial Day, the house we reserved had no air conditioning! I messaged the owner and he called me immediately and said we could move to his other property right next door. Thankfully it was empty for the week! Both properties are beautiful, very private with a fence and lush trees. The pool where we ended up staying was a bit bigger so that was nice. The house is very nice, clean, and had plenty of extra towels, linens, etc. We had no issues except the power went out one night, so no fans or a/c but thankfully it came back on around 3 hours later. There were no extra garbage bags or dish soap, (only dishwasher pods) so I bought those items, which wasn't an issue. Overall it was a great stay!

Staying here truly felt like being at home. The house had everything I could possibly need, was beautiful and comfortable, but most of all it had such a warm and peaceful energy. One of those places that makes you instantly feel welcomed and relaxed. I really loved my time here.

The location of this property was perfect. So close to the beach and on a super quiet street. The house and pool were so nice. An excellent rental. Thank you!

Great location, a short walk to the beach. Owner was very responsive to any questions. 5 min drive to multiple restaurants up and down A1A and on inter-costal canal. Pool area nicely landscaped with orchids growing from the palm trees.
