Nestled in a serene neighborhood, our home offers tranquility and convenience for your Hershey getaway. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and relaxed pace of life. Please note that there is an active train track near the property. While it is far enough away that you can't hear it loudly from inside the house, we do provide noise machines and fans for your comfort.
Getting Around:
Conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from Harrisburg International Airport, reaching your getaway destination is a breeze. For those arriving by train, Elizabethtown Amtrak station is a short 20-minute drive away.
Exploring the enchanting sights of downtown Hershey is a mere 5-minute drive from our doorstep, and for added convenience, Uber services are readily available for seamless transportation around the area.
Other Things to Note:
⚠️ Please be aware that the ceiling height in the basement and basement bedroom measures 6 feet 6 inches. We want to ensure your comfort during your stay, so please take this into consideration if planning to utilize this space.
🚂 A train track is located nearby, and while the train usually does not blow its whistle, you may hear it pass by occasionally. Noise machines are available in every bedroom for added comfort.
🐾 Pet Policy
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved pets at our home. Please note:
* $150 fee per pet – this must be paid prior to check-in. Be sure to add pets to your reservation for host approval.
* Guests may be asked to show proof of current vaccinations.
* No pets on furniture, bedding, or blankets.
* Guests must clean up after pets immediately and dispose of waste properly.
* Pets must be leashed at all times when outdoors.
* Excessive noise, damage, or nuisance behavior caused by pets may result in additional charges or removal from the property.
By booking with a pet, you agree to these rules so we can continue offering a clean and comfortable pet-friendly stay for all guests.

Our group of friends had a wonderful time staying at your property during our annual girls’ trip! We traveled to Hershey to hear the beautiful voices of Josh Groban and Jennifer Hudson at the Giant Center, and we had no idea that staying at Cocoa Chateau would be such an added treat.We were delighted to find the home sparkling clean, with a comfortable bedroom for each of us and enough bathrooms that everyone had their own. There was no need to bring coffee or tea, as the coffee and tea bar was more than adequately stocked.On our first night, we enjoyed a delicious dinner at Devon Seafood Steak, followed by a relaxing evening at the house. We sipped wine, gathered around the smokeless fire pit, enjoyed the hot tub, and spent time chatting on the back porch. The backyard provided a comfortable and inviting space for all of us to relax together.The next evening, we were able to conveniently prepare dinner before heading out to the concert. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, and all of the dishes, utensils, pots, and pans were clean and appeared brand new.The weather turned quite warm on our second day, and we appreciated how well the air conditioning worked. The floor fans we found in the bedroom closets were also a thoughtful touch and added to our comfort.Thank you for your hospitality and for providing such a beautiful, well-equipped home. Cocoa Chateau was the perfect place for our girls’ getaway, and we would gladly stay again!

The house was beautiful, hosts were responsive and helpful when we couldn’t connect to WiFi and got it resolved in a few minutes The Hot tub was great, kitchen was very roomy, plenty of space throughout the house. Great location to Hershey park and activities! Thank you for the great experience. We’ll be back!

Super clean and well appointed. We were very impressed with all the things for kids already at the property and the well stocked coffee and tea corner. Great location near Hershey with a private, quiet back yard with swing set and hot tub to unwind after the park. The only thing I'll mention is that you do hear a train in the distance and can hear things in the kitchen in the upstairs bedrooms. If your kids are light sleepers I would consider bringing a sound machine. That didn't effect my rating though, because everything else was above and beyond our expectations. Would definitely stay here again when I go back to this area.

This was the best VRBO experience I’ve had! The home was very clean, the amenities were spot on, the hot tub was very clean and the kitchen coffee pantry was fantastic. The host was great at communicating. I highly recommend this property.
