About this house rental
Welcome to your coastal retreat in Cove Beach, Oregon! Ocean View Haven is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home spanning two levels and offering comfort and convenience for your family or friends.Located just 2 blocks from secluded Cove Beach, this newly renovated home is welcoming, charming and offers all the comforts of home for your vacation along the Oregon Coast.
Pulling up to the home is a beautifully maintained yard along with a large driveway that can accommodate 3 cars. Guests also have access to the garage to store bikes, boards and other beach items, as well as use of the EV charger for an Electric Vehicle. There is a door on the lower level leading to a mudroom/laundry room just off the garage, but the main entry door is located at the top of the stairs on the side of the expansive wrap-around balcony. The view from here is beautiful, with the ocean framed by lush, towering trees.
As you enter the foyer on the main upper level, a guest room, den, or office space is located on the left. Conveniently situated directly next to a full bathroom, this room can be used for an extra guest, as a private workspace, or both.
Just beyond the foyer is the large, open living area. This bright space includes the dining area, kitchen, and living room in an inviting open floor plan. The new, fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to make meals or snacks for the day's outing, and the long dining table and plush sofas provide ample space for good conversation. Surrounded by windows, and a wall of accordion doors that open to the wrap around deck, this space will surely be where guests gather to enjoy the ocean breeze while playing games, watching the latest movies, or enjoying the sunset.
Off of the living area is the large primary bedroom with a King bed, walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large vanity with double sinks, a soaking tub and shower, with a lot of natural light. From this bedroom, a private door leads to the wrap around deck for a quiet morning coffee or a private evening under the stars.
Taking the stairs down to the first floor, you will find two additional bedrooms. The first guest room has a Queen bed and large closet, and the second bedroom has a King bed, large closet, and sliding glass doors that lead to the lower deck and lawn. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a large vanity and a bath/shower combination. The laundry room/mudroom is across the hall, and includes a full-size washer and dryer, large sink, and area to hang jackets, place sandy shoes. This room, or the adjacent garage can easily store your beach toys and chairs.

This home was perfect for our family of 4 and busy Labrador. The master bedroom is on the main level, which is on the 2nd floor. The doors on this main level open up to make the open concept kitchen, dining and living areas continuous with the wrap around deck. This was a wonderful space to eat and have a drink, with the sun hitting the deck directly. The fireplace on the main level warmed us up in the evening when we lounged in the cozy living room, watching a move or playing board games. Our teen boys enjoyed their privacy on the lower level where they each had a room with one queen and one king bed and their own bathroom. We enjoyed walking in the green space, going quickly from forest bathing to walking on the most gorgeous and quiet beach we’ve ever enjoyed on the coast. We were amazed by all the beautiful, intact sand dollars on the beach and the tide pools and starfish at low tide. The beach is accessible via public steps about a 5-minute walk from the house. Arch Cape, with rock formations and all, was about a 30 minute walk down the beach. We look forward to coming back to this location! By far, it’s now our favorite place to stay. Thank you!

The property was immaculate and comfortable. It was well stocked with all of the necessities for a 5 day stay with dogs and a baby. There was a lovely ocean view and easy access to the beach. With easy drives to Cannon Beach or Manzanita is conveniently located.
