This house worked well for our needs while visiting our son and daughter. We especially appreciated having enough space for everyone, including their dog, and the fenced backyard was a nice feature. The home was clean, well-stocked, and had plenty of amenities that made our stay comfortable. Ryan was excellent with communication and responded quickly whenever we had questions. The house is right near a lot of shopping and great restaurants. The only downsides were that the king bed in the front bedroom dipped in the middle, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on, and the yard was in need of mowing. The grass was quite overgrown, which made us a little concerned about letting the dog out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the property to be a good fit for our

The house is about as close to the airport as you can find, but no jet noise. It’s very convenient if you have family flying in to SA. The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood seemed mostly well maintained and quiet. Only minor critiques. Slow wifi, living room seating is not very comfortable and the interior doors are sticky and hard to close.

The property was just okay. I suppose I was expecting better because the photos looked amazing. Upon our arrival the first thing we noticed was that the yard needed to be cut, the back yard was high too, so even if we wanted to spend some time outside playing with the kids we couldn’t do that. The cleanliness of the entire house was just average. There was dishes in the dishwasher that hadn’t been washed so we ended up having to wash some of ours so that we wouldn’t leave anything in the sink. I did try to run the dishwasher twice but I don’t think it was working very well. There was pet hair found in random places including the freezer and the fridge. We also tried to use the laundry room but there was wet towels in the washing machine that we had to deal with before using it. The entire house had a weird smell but I wasn’t sure if that may have been just an old house smell or something else. There was some trash that was left under the sink that smelled horrible. Some of the towels need replacing because they have stains on them. And some of the linens were just left on the floor in the master bedroom so we didn’t want to use them. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The mattress in the master was very firm so we had a hard time sleeping. The location was great but unfortunately we won’t stay there again given the chance. The place needs a deep cleaning and updating.
