Very good apartment with all equipment we needed. Clean and cosy, with kitchenette, we cooked every day something tasty:) We were looking for apartment like this, with privacy at quiet place. We rent a car, and distances to the city like Fira or Oia weren't a problem. We visited all af famous places on the island, and in the evening, came back to our quiet apartment with pleasure:)
If you are looking for quite place, in my opinion, this south area is the best. Especially the most beautiful beaches in Perivolos - about 3 km from Peranosa The Residence.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean! Modern and extremely well appointed with high quality fittings and furnishings. Regularly cleaned to an exceptional standard. Beautiful pool and a 2 minute walk to a black sand beach. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would highly recommend and love to visit again.

From the very first day, we were welcomed with kindness and warmth by the staff, and especially by Carolina, who helped make our stay absolutely perfect.
The cleanliness of the rooms deserves a 10 out of 10. We have never stayed in a place that was so spotless and so carefully maintained down to the smallest details, from the design to the amenities.
We hope to come back again in the future.
