Konumu çok iyi ve temiz, yeni bir otel. Limana ve parka yürüme mesafesinde. Pet kabul etmesi de çok güzeldi dışarıdan odamıza çok rahat erişim sağladık. Havuzu da çok büyük ve keyifliydi.

the location was nice, close to the beach and waterfront, as well as most of the other attractions. the pool is nice also
most of the staff doesnt know english, only the receptionists, they are not organized, they lost one of my shirts in the laundry and also they used to not clean the room well or not clean it at all. if we need anything we have to remind them 2 or 3 times.

Das Hotel ist prinzipiell recht neu und gut erhalten.
Der pool ist groß und schön.
Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist herrlich und die Sonnenuntergänge wunderschön.
Das Bad ist Sauber und die Dusche groß und schön.
Man ist schnell am Strand und in der Stadt.
Wann man europäische Hotel Standards gewohnt ist kann man sich teilweise nur wundern.
Wir haben öfter länger geschlafen (09:30) und den klopfenden Room Service gebeten später wieder zu kommen.
Das geschah dann nie. Wir mussten fast jeden Tag nach neuem Toilettenpapier fragen, was einfach indiskutabel bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse und Selbsteinschätzung ist. Auch waren wir bei der dritten nachfrage schon sichtlich genervt, was aber niemanden interessierte.
Der sehr schöne Pool ist nur von 10:00-19:00 geöffnet, was auch absurd erscheint, den Sonnenuntergang vom Pool aus zu beobachten wäre sicherlich ein Highlight.
Noch viel schlimmer ist dass der Pool von früh bis spät mit lauter Musik beschallt wird, an entspannen/lesen etc. nicht zu denken.
Die Fassade direkt neben dem Balkon ist vollkommen verdreckt mit Möwenkot, was auch inakzeptabel ist.
Das Frühstück ist bis auf die frisch gemachten Omelettes auch nicht dem Preis entsprechend.
Direkt in Istanbul haben wir für den Wäsche Service 200 TL pro Kg wäsche gezahlt, hier kostet 1 T-Shirt zu waschen 300 TL !!
Generell wirkte das Personal eher genervt als wirklich hilfsbereit, jede bitte mussten wir 2-3 wiederholen bis etwas geschah.
Also die Location generell schön. Das rundherum bräuchte einen Service/Hotel Manager mit internationaler Erfahrung - weil das ist hier einfach teilweise amateurhaft/peinlich.
