The cleanliness, The staff were very honest and helpful. My daughter lost her watch when we left the hotel, and when we returned later to collect our luggage, they informed us that the watch had been found and was safely kept in the lost and found.
Some staff members need additional training to improve their level of service. They should understand that they are working in a customer service role and that professionalism and attentiveness are important.

They upgraded my room, which was very nice. Breakfast was okay, but not at the level of a 5-star hotel. Location was perfect. I took the bus UM73 from/to Sabiha Gokcen airport. The bus stop is just 2-3 minutes away from the hotel and the journey takes around 10 minutes. There is a big open mall (Viaport) near to the hotel. There are also various eating places in the surrounding.
Prices at the restaurant could have been a bit lower to attract eating at the hotel rather than going to outside.

Near the airport
Pool was closed and under construction which was complete disappointment as we booked it especially for the pool. However hotel manager was very kind to offer us complementary dinner.
