Clean and comfortable apartments with good shops nearby. The porter who helped with luggage was very friendly, always smiling and helpful. The staff at reception also tried to help with questions despite the language barrier. The water bottles provided daily and daily cleaning was excellent.
The location is too far from the ferry port and not walkable distance to metro, so it is not easy to get to see other places without a car. There is no steam bath for ladies.
The apartment kitchen needs cooking spoons and a smaller pan. There was only one spatula and a big soup spoon, so it was difficult to cook. The tea provided was only Earl Grey , a selection of green, black, and Turkish tea was common everywhere else we stayed.
The view of city was lovely from our 39th floor but windows were not clean outside so couldn't capture it on camera.

The breakfast was amazing, the restaurant staff were superb especially Tayfun, Turan and Sedaat who welcomed us every morning, set up our table and always provided a service beyond expectation. They catered for our son who suffers from dairy, eggs and nuts allergies, and ensured his dietary requirements were met. A big thank you to all.
I would have loved to have stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, but none were available for the timeframe we were booking for. So we had to make do with a 2 bed room apartment with a third single bed placed in the living room.

The staff were very kind, especially the Şerif. The view from our room was amazing, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and airy.
