About this house rental
Your Wall Lake respite awaits. Live like a local and play like you own the lake with the only private boat access ramp at Wall Lake directly on the property. Gaze out onto the water while you enjoy your breakfast in the relaxing sunroom. Toss in a line directly from the secluded shore and cook up your catch in the fully loaded kitchen. Grab some rays on the shoreline while you read a good book, or watch the fireworks around the lake on Independence Day evening. Easy boat access on the north side of the property! Plenty of parking for your entire rig, boat trailer and all!
The property has two rentals including this one (The Lakehouse). The Cabin is the other listing and, if available, can be rented simultaneously with The Lakehouse.

The dock is shared between the two rentals, and so is the private boat ramp. The shoreline is private and secluded, but can be shared by guests of both rentals. Dogs allowed, and must be on a leash when outdoors, and cannot be left alone, unattended when owner not present. No cats. No smokers.

It was our first trip to Sioux Falls, & weren't even necessarily aware there WAS a lake - let alone such a perfect, spacious, & reasonably priced house located mere feet from the water under a canopy of beautiful mature trees! We felt so fortunate to have found it, & made such great memories with family & friends. We had access to everything we needed, & Sioux Falls is only 15 minutes away for dining & other activities if interested in something more 'suburban'. The hosts were respectful of our privacy, but available as needed for questions if they arose. We loved the charm & character of the house itself, & the view, smells, & sounds of uninterrupted nature. If we are ever able to come back this way, we will definitely stay at this 'home away from home'!

Christian and Jacki were both great and it's hard to beat the location for the price, especially during NXR. The weather was not cooperative but given that we mostly hung around while our young ones ran with their team, the Lakehouse was a great place to relax!

The hosts are wonderful. The lakeside porch is comfortable and shows beautiful sunrise and sunset. The kitchen is well stocked as well as the linens, etc.Great place to refresh and relax.
