4. Very good industrial level airconditioning. Even on very hot days and nights in Tokyo, the room remained comfortable
5. Permanent lights-out policy in main room (but individual lights in capsules; so it was easy to rest at any time, day or night)
6. Free clothes washer and dryer.
7. Four or five private shower rooms with attached dressing areas.
8. Big refrigerator/freezer cleaned regularly
1. Partitions needed between men's urinals and between bathroom sinks for more privacy
2. Microwave oven needed outside sleeping area, so it can it can be used more easily late at night or early in the morning
3. Though basic cleanliness was good overall, a little more deep cleaning by dedicated janitorial staff is needed (as with many dormitories!); daily staff are too busy with beds, linen, and basic cleaning to handle it.

I really like this property because of its excellent location. It is close to both the train station and a beautiful park. With two train stations nearby, commuting is very convenient. The neighborhood is also surrounded by many well-known restaurants and local food spots, providing plenty of dining options and a lively atmosphere.
Overall, I had a good stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The microwave and beds are located in the same room, which can be inconvenient. When guests heat up food late at night, the noise can disturb others who are sleeping. It would be much better if the microwave and refrigerator were placed in a separate common area so that everyone can rest comfortably.
In addition, some basic utensils such as cups, spoons, chopsticks, and other essential kitchen items were not provided. Adding these simple amenities would make the stay more convenient and enjoyable for guests.
