The room was clean and beautiful. The outside does need some work but the inside is very nice! Close by stores was great to have.
I wish they would update the pools the jucuzzi was not working which was a bummer. But other than that everything was great!!

Words can't describe how exceptional this place was. Amanda was very professional, outstanding,helpful and most importantly my family was more than just a booking she treated us like family from the beginning till the very end went above and beyond for our stay and insured everything was perfect.It was above my expectations.I must say it was a perfect stay and the best I have stayed at so far.My family and I will be visiting again.Not to mention it was more than enough space everything we needed was right there and the view was amazing.Bali you out did it with this penthouse. 1 million stars for me.

The location and the ocean view from our room were amazing. We were near everything that was important to us during our stay. Very satisfied with the location and view. The size of the rooms and the condo as a whole were also very welcoming. We were very impressed.
During our stay, we found a total of 4 roaches in our condo. There was also hair left in one of the bathroom sinks and in the shower of a different bathroom. Besides those two issues that made for a bit of discomfort, everything else was fine. Another thing that we were not aware of until we were on the elevator after check-out is that the property stated that they would like it if the towels and linens were washed (there was a note posted inside the elevator that I did not initially see). I was unsure if this was a requirement or a request. Additional detailed information upon booking would have been helpful in determining this.
